1. Returns Eligibility

  3. Ship the Product: Package the item securely and ship it back to the address provided by our team. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange the product for a different size, color, or model, please inform our customer service team when initiating the return. We will assist in processing the exchange based on availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
